+Connoisseurs Silver Jewellery Cleaner is a fast at-home cleaner for sterling silver jewellery that has lost its shine or developed tarnish.
What does it clean?
It is made for plain 925 sterling silver jewellery and is designed to remove tarnish quickly. It is not the right choice for silver pieces with stones or for oxidised or antiqued silver.
How do I use it?
Cut the seal carefully, place one sterling silver piece in the dip tray, lower it into the solution for up to 10 seconds, rinse well in room-temperature water, and dry with a lint-free cloth. If you are cleaning multiple pieces, wait a few minutes before dipping the next one.
Is it safe for my jewellery type?
Use this cleaner on sterling silver only. Do not use it on silver with stones or on oxidised or antiqued silver. For extra shine after cleaning, follow with a silver polishing cloth or jewellery wipes.

Can it be sent to my address?
This product contains a liquid cleaning solution and must be sent via Standard Post (Parcel Post) by road only. Express Post and international shipping are not available for this product. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend this product for Australian customers only.

Returns
Returns: We do not accept returns on opened cleaning products. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at service@myjewelleryshop.com.au or call (07) 5572 9009 with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
