Catherine
Founder and OwnerCatherine has always been ten steps ahead. With 49 years in the jewellery industry, she has built My Jewellery Shop not just as a place to buy jewellery, but as an experience worth seeking out. She was among the first independent Australian jewellers to embrace e-commerce, one of the earliest to introduce lab-grown diamonds at retail, and has consistently led where others have followed. But for all her love of innovation and marketing, it is the customer experience that drives every decision she makes. The beautiful boutique, the handpicked team, the unhurried atmosphere. All of it is intentional. My Jewellery Shop exists as a deliberate alternative to the noise and pressure of chain store shopping. Here, you are not a transaction. You are a guest, and Catherine has made sure you feel exactly that way from the moment you walk through the door.

Administration and AccountsLorraine is the reason everything runs as smoothly as it does. With 12 years of industry experience, she manages our accounts, administration, and supplier relationships, and makes sure our online store is always accurate and up to date. She is also the first to jump in on the floor when needed, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a sense of humour that keeps the whole team laughing. You might not always see her, but you will absolutely benefit from everything she does.

Design Consultant and Permanent Jewellery SpecialistIf you have a piece of jewellery you love but no longer wear, or a vision in your head that you have never quite been able to describe, Paris Clarke is who you want to talk to. With four years of experience and specialist training from the Goldsmith School of Brisbane, she has a remarkable ability to take an idea, a sketch, or a collection of old pieces and turn them into something you will treasure forever. She also performs our laser soldering for permanent jewellery. Paris works directly with our jewellers at every step, so nothing is ever lost in translation. And she will not rest until every single detail is exactly right.
Caitlin
Marketing and Social Media SpecialistCaitlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing, and she brings both the strategy and the creativity to her role at My Jewellery Shop. She is the person shaping how MJS looks and sounds online, crafting content that captures the beauty, quality, and heart behind every piece in a way that feels genuine rather than salesy. Caitlin has a strong understanding of trends, growth, and what makes people stop and take notice, and she uses that to ensure that discovering My Jewellery Shop online feels just as special as walking through our door. She works closely with the whole team to make sure the MJS story is told consistently and beautifully across every platform. Visual Merchandising and Showroom AssistantAlly has been with My Jewellery Shop for five years, and her eye for presentation is something quite special. She has a natural instinct for how to display our pieces beautifully, and the showroom reflects that every single day.
