Jewellery Cleaning
Our cleaning service is available in store for $10 per piece. We use a range of tools and cleaning solutions to bring your beautiful jewels back to life. It is very important to keep your pieces clean to ensure any breaks or damages can be picked up early and repaired as soon as possible. This is a same-day service however it is best if you can leave your jewellery with us for a couple of hours to ensure we can give your items a thorough clean.
Jewellery Repairs
Broken bits of jewellery collecting dust in your jewellery box? Bring it in to My Jewellery Shop and we can give you a quote on having it repaired or perhaps remodelled into something new. Our most common repairs include

Watch Batteries and Repairs
Our in-store workshop can replace watch batteries for most brands and styles. This service is available on the spot, or we may ask you to leave it with us for a few hours if needed. If you wear your watch in the water please let us know as we will need to conduct a pressure test to confirm that the watch is still water resistant. A standard watch battery is $29, or $55 with a pressure test. A Swiss watch battery is $39, or $65 with a pressure test.
If your watch is in need of a service or overhaul we have several specialist watch makers and can provide an obligation free quote for you.
Custom Designs and Remodelling
We offer a full custom design service from initial sketches to the finished piece. If you have something special in mind we would love to help.

White gold pieces, however, require rhodium plating approximately every 18 months, which involves a jeweller's expertise. For other jewelry items, cleaning may take up to 5-7 days, depending on the condition and design of the piece.
Q: Does your jewellery come with a guarantee?
A: Yes, most pieces come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee. We are happy to assess any item outside of this period if the damage appears unreasonable. Additionally, all engagement and wedding rings purchased from My Jewellery Shop come with a 7-year Diamond Guarantee, which requires a complimentary clean and inspection every 6 months to maintain the validity of your diamond warranty.
Q: Can you cut my ring off if it gets stuck?
A: Yes, most of our staff, along with our on-site jeweller, are trained to safely remove jewellery pieces that may be stuck, including cutting off gold and silver rings if necessary. After removal, we will provide a quote for repair and resizing of the piece, should you choose to proceed with restoring it.

A: Yes, both our natural earth-grown diamonds and lab-grown diamonds are sourced with traceable origins. Each diamond we source is accompanied by a certificate to verify its origin and authenticity.
