Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Every order is carefully packaged in our signature gift boxes to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented. Every order is fully insured during transit at no extra cost, and we require signature on delivery for all orders over $500.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping methods and timeframes

We offer the following domestic shipping options. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

Order dispatch: We take great pride in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We pick, pack, and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. In most cases, your order will be packed and collected by Australia Post on the same day it is placed, usually within an hour of receiving it. Orders placed on a Friday evening will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be picked and packed that day where possible. Orders placed on a Saturday night or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday. Every parcel is packed with care and sent in our signature gift boxes so your jewellery arrives exactly as it should.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping applies to all domestic orders of $150 or more. This threshold is calculated on the value of the items in your order after any discounts are applied, and before any shipping charges are added.

Orders under $150 will have standard shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Store pickup

You are welcome to collect your order from our Gold Coast showroom at no charge. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a notification by email or phone. Please bring your order confirmation when you come in.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared before coming in to collect. If you need your order urgently, please call us on (07) 5572 9009 and we will do our best to assist.

Jewellery cleaner

Please note that our silver jewellery cleaner solution must be shipped via road using Standard Post (Parcel Post) only. It cannot be sent by Express Post or internationally due to carrier restrictions on liquids. Silver cleaner orders should be expected to take 7 to 10 business days to arrive.

All other jewellery cleaning products, including our gold cleaner, delicate cleaner, and MJS branded cleaning range, can be sent by Standard or Express Post and are available for international shipping.

Insurance and Security

Transit insurance

Every order dispatched by My Jewellery Shop is fully insured during transit at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be out of pocket.

To help us manage a claim with Australia Post as quickly as possible, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date if your order has not arrived, or immediately upon receipt if you believe your item has been damaged in transit. Signature on delivery

To protect your purchase, all orders valued at $500 or more require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a card and hold the parcel at your nearest post office for collection.

Alternatively, if you know you will not be home, we recommend selecting the Australia Post parcel locker or post office collection option at checkout. You will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN to collect your parcel securely at a time that suits you.

We use tamper-evident packaging on all orders to give you confidence that your jewellery has not been interfered with in transit.

Delivery address accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout. My Jewellery Shop is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing your order, please contact us immediately at service@myjewelleryshop.com.au and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

International

We currently offer international shipping to select destinations. All international orders are sent with tracking included.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Occasionally parcels may take longer to arrive due to customs processing or factors outside our control.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Important notice for international customers: When ordering from outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. My Jewellery Shop is not responsible for any customs or import charges applied to your order. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

International returns

Our standard returns policy applies to international orders. Please note that international return shipping costs are at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns. For faulty items or items that do not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us to discuss the most practical resolution.
